2007 Richard Goolsby Scholarship Fund

Since 1989 the Goolsby Scholarship has awarded $191,800 to seventy-five students.  A total of fifty-seven students have graduated.  Twenty-four have graduated with honors and several are working in our industry.   Members of the Goolsby committee have experienced great pleasure in meeting and interviewing many of the recipients.  We are impressed with the intelligence, creativity, talent and dedication of all the students. 

Description:
Provides scholarships to undergraduate students who have shown a career interest or demonstrated practical experience in the plastics industry.

Minimum Eligibility:
1. Be a full-time student in good academic standing
2. Be majoring in or taking courses that would be beneficial to a career in the plastics industry
3. Be a rising college sophomore, junior, or senior at a 4-year college or 2-year technical school
